Since version 8.6 regular updaters should use the
ability to 'Check for Updates' and
if there are any available, download and install the individual modules. This
will speed up delivery to you of bug fix releases as well as new features that
you have requested. If a full update is required then you will be able to
download and install that from the new 'Check for Updates' as well. This method
also avoids the need to uninstall and then re-install MyCourts.
Version 8.7 includes the
ability to enter journal entries allowing you to adjust a member's account balance. You can select
whether to pass the contra-entry to a GL account OR transfer the amount to/from
another member's account. Just open the member's account and select the
Adjustments button from the menu.
It is also now possible to disable any or all POS Equipment for each
individual machine that MyCourts is running on. This means that you can still
open the electronic cash draw whilst printing to your 'normal'
We have also added the ability to hide the web online 'Make a Booking'
panel for any specific time of day or day of the week. This will
allow you to control the time of day that a booking can be made for the day
being viewed. This is managed via MyCourts Administrator.
