As you will be aware, we have been working on re-writing MyCourts background code to make it easier for us to add additional features. This has taken us a lot longer than we anticipated however we are almost in a position to release a version that will run more efficiently across your LAN and enable us to specifically enhance your online user access and service.
With continued feedback from our users we have fixed a number of issues. Additionally we have again searched for performance improvements with both MyCourts web online service and the local console. We have been able to add improved caching in both and we are sure you will see an improvement in loading of court and booking data.
We have just released version 11.0.0.0 which can be downloaded from either our Support Site or the main web site.Details of the upgrade will be posted shortly.
We have been working hard on improving various features in MyCourts and are in the process of updating our Help files and testing.The next version should be available by mid July 2013.
Membership Renewal FeesWe have added the ability to both monitor and collect periodic membership fees. Many Clubs will have annual membership fees whilst others may have periodic membership fees. MyCourts now supports either method. You can also now configure MyCourts to automatically send a reminder email x days before it's due or you can send an email at any time manually.
