Change the text displayed by MyCourts

Changing the text displayed by MyCourts in the User Interface is easy. You can change the text to a use a different language or customize the text displayed in your selected language.

In the following example, we will change the "help" text to "Assistance".

Step 1:

Open MyCourts Administrator and select the language MyCourts uses to display text to the user. In this case we have chosen English. Now select Display Language Codes. Note that each string displayed by MyCourts will have it's reference number displayed along side it:



Step 2:

Now change the text you wish displayed in MyCourts:



Step 3:

Save your changes by first clicking Save. Then regenerate the MyCourts language files by clicking Regenerate and finally, click Display Language Codes to remove the display of the code number.



Now, wherever the string number 23 (was "Help") is displayed, MyCourts will display the new string (in this case "Assistance"):
